“Emerald city” consulting company was founded in 2009 and started its activity as a training center where psychological, transformation trainings were held based on books about the reality transurfing, namely “From wish to purpose”, “A happy life motto”. Then in collaboration with the Institute of Psychology and Psychotherapy we founded a training program called “Mastery of psychological consulting” aimed at teaching modern psychological consulting skills and instruments to medical psychologists. “Time management”, “Communicative skills and ethics of medical workers”, “Sale of medical services”, «Definition of objectives» and other programs were developed and implemented for medical specialists and organizations.
Currently our company deals with business consulting, coach programs, various training programs and trainings applying contemporary new techniques, such as ToP Facilitation, Pin Point, Dynamic facilitation and Strategic coaching. It is known that today many enterprises and companies working in various business spheres change the system of tough directive management to the team management system where all managerial desicions are selected and developed with the participation of specialists and managers of all levels.
