The novelty of this program is based on the organization and implementation of works on prevention of emotional burnout with top rank doctors in the healthcare system of the Chuvash Republic. Program includes presentation, lectures, cycle of trainings, and publication of informative notes specifying stages of emotional burnout, psychophysiological symptoms and prevention of the emotional burnout.
